By placing an order or using our service, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions given below. KENFRA Research Solution will terminate all the services at any time in term of breach of contract. We might amend or include new conditions in this agreement further. If done so, the information will be reported to the client immediately
General instructions
• 24/7 call support will be only provided for the business Development team.
• Calls to technical person will not be connected without prior notice. Inquiry relating to technical doubts should be informed early. Technical persons will be made available on prior request only. Based on the technical person’s availability, the calls will be arranged between 9.30 am to 5.30 pm from Monday to Friday.
• Personal details and information related to payment should not be discussed with the technical persons. Technical related information should only be discussed with the technical team. Any other discussion is seriously condemned.
• Information relating to cost, payment mode, balance / instalment procedure, receipts, acknowledgment status, additional project requirement, and earlier dispatch should be conversed with the business coordinator team only.
• All the technical updates, queries, corrections, and modification should be stated via an e-mail, and any information given through call/WhatsApp will not be taken into account for future processing.
• Ready-made papers shall be provided.
• After the registration process, a client form will be sent to you. We will start your next process only after receiving your filled-in client form.
• Documents are considered with word count alone (i.e., 230-500 words is taken as 1 page). And all charges are made based on the word count (e.g., for plagiarism check).
• Full payment has to be made within ‘2’ days of the formal confirmation (i.e., work completion) email.
• KENFRA Research Solution is not accountable for the delay of the work caused due to issues from the client-side such as delay in payment.
• KENFRA Research Solution has the right to cease the Services at any time.
• If you have any suggestions on our service or feedback on our employees that you have come across, then please let us know by sending your feedback / comments along with the confirmation mail.
Conditions regarding refund / privacy / cancellation / revision policy
Refund policy
No refund. Payment made by clients will not be refunded at any circumstances.
Revision policy
Based on the number of days after the final dispatch, the revision payment terms will vary
- For up to 30 days, no payment is required.
- For up to 45 days, 10% of the payment should be paid.
- For up to 60 days, 25%of the payment should be paid.
- For up to 90 days, 50% of the payment should be paid.
- For above 90 days, it will be considered as a new work.
Privacy policy
KENFRA Research Solution is devoted to maintaining the privacy of the client at all circumstances. No information related to the client’s work or their personal data will be shared with any outside sources. It will be secured.

- All research data will be with us for up to 3 months after the completion of your work. In case, you may lose your work you can contact us.
- Recording of Demos through phone (call recording) and team viewer (screen recording) can be done.
Payment reductions – referrals
- Payment reduction can be done for clients referring their friend or colleagues.
- More than one scholar can be referred. Stands no limitation
- Mail is checked once every 15 minutes, thus you don’t have to worry about us missing your important mail.
