Terms and Conditions – KENFRA Research Solution

We strongly recommend that clients thoroughly review our terms and conditions before placing an order or using services from KENFRA Research Solution. By doing so, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined below. Furthermore, KENFRA Research Solution reserves the right to terminate services at any time in the event of a breach of contract. In addition, we may amend or add new conditions to this agreement in the future. If this occurs, the updated information will be communicated to the client immediately. Therefore, clients are encouraged to stay informed about any changes to ensure smooth and uninterrupted service.

General instructions

1. Call Support Policy 

  • 24/7 call support will be only provided for the business Development team.
  • Calls to a technical person will not be connected without prior notice. Therefore, inquiries relating to technical doubts should be communicated early. Additionally, technical persons will be made available only upon prior request. Depending on the technical person’s availability, calls will be arranged between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm from Monday to Friday.

2. Scope of Discussions

  • Personal details and information related to payment should not be discussed with the technical persons. Technical related information should only be discussed with the technical team. Any other discussion is seriously condemned.
  • Information relating to cost, payment mode, balance / instalment procedure, receipts, acknowledgment status, additional project requirement, and earlier dispatch should be conversed with the business coordinator team only.

3. Communication Protocol

  • All technical updates, queries, corrections, and modifications must be submitted via email.

  • Any information given through calls or WhatsApp will not be considered for future processing.

4. Document Processing

  • Ready-made papers shall be provided. Additionally, after the registration process, a client form will be sent to you.
  • Furthermore, we will start your next process only after receiving your filled-in client form.
  •  Documents are considered with word count alone (i.e., 230-500 words is taken as 1 page). Consequently, all charges are made based on the word count (e.g., for plagiarism check).

5. Payment Terms

  • Full payment must be made within 2 days of the formal confirmation (i.e., work completion) email. Otherwise, any delays from the client-side, such as late payment, will therefore not be the responsibility of KENFRA Research Solution.
  • KENFRA Research Solution is not accountable for any delay in the work arising from issues on the client-side, such as delayed payment.

6. Service Rights

  • KENFRA Research Solution has the right to cease the Services at any time.

7. Feedback & Suggestions

  • If you have suggestions regarding our services or feedback on our employees, please send your comments along with the confirmation email.

Conditions regarding refund / privacy / cancellation / revision policy

Refund policy

No refund. Payment made by clients will not be refunded at any circumstances.

Revision policy

Based on the number of days after the final dispatch, the revision payment terms will vary

  • For up to 30 days, no payment is required.
  • For up to 45 days, 10% of the payment should be paid.
  • For up to 60 days, 25%of the payment should be paid.
  • For up to 90 days, 50% of the payment should be paid.
  • For above 90 days, it will be considered as a new work.

Privacy policy

KENFRA Research Solution is fully committed to maintaining client privacy under all circumstances. Accordingly, no information related to the client’s work or personal data will be shared with any outside sources. Moreover, all data will be securely protected.

Cancellation

No cancellation will be entertained

Benefits

  • All research data will be with us for up to 3 months after the completion of your work. In case, you may lose your work you can contact us.
  • Recording of Demos through phone (call recording) and team viewer (screen recording) can be done.

Payment reductions – referrals

  • Payment reduction can be done for clients referring their friend or colleagues.
  • More than one scholar can be referred. Stands no limitation
  • Mail is checked once every 15 minutes, thus you don’t have to worry about us missing your important mail.
  • Instalment Payment is also available. Based on the work, instalments terms will differ.
